Mr. Jonas brings over ten years of legal experience to Excelsior Energy Capital. Prior to formally joining the team, he supported Excelsior Energy Capital’s legal and commercial teams in a contracted capacity with deal transaction management of the firm’s acquisition and financing transactions for over two years. Mr. Jonas comes with a diverse background of transactional law experience supporting clients in a variety of industries, including renewable energy, investment banking, health insurance, and pharmaceutical and biotechnology.
Mr. Jonas earned his J.D. degree from William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota and his B.B.A. degree from the University of Wisconsin – Madison School of Business with a double major in Risk Management & Insurance and Marketing Management.
